Games are special types of toys. They differ from other toys in
at least three ways:
First, every game has a set of rules to explain what the players
can and cannot do.
Second, every game has a specific goal. Each player strives to
achieve "the object of the game."
Finally, games are different because they are based upon
competition. In nearly every game there is one clear winner, or a team
of winners, while the other players lose.
