The Ohio Village

Are you ready to travel back in time? Got your walking shoes on? We're on our way through the Ohio Village in Columbus, Ohio. Operated by the Ohio Historical Society, the Ohio Village represents a typical Ohio town during the 1860s. What was happening then in the United States? Abraham Lincoln was President and the country was involved in the Civil War-- the great battle between the North and South which helped to end slavery. The war affected everyone- even back in Ohio. So, tighten your shoe laces and let's start our tour! Click on the building above (or link below) that you're interested in learning about and away we go!
